Interesting reading. Agree/disagree?
only problem I see is that the amount of water is not listed. Caffeine, being a diuretic you will need more water while taking both of them
The part that said taking creatine just before a workout will hurt your gains. That's what I've been doing lately with creatine...
i guess some
the coffee vs. caffeine study:
there's no reason to, just take it after you workout because it's been shown that creatine is more receptive when taken with a high gi carb
this would suggest that the diuretic effects of caffeine shouldn't effect performance during the workout, if caffeine is taken shortly beforehand.
