I'm 15, fairly thin, 5'10-5'11, 133 lbs. I started Creatine Xtreme, powder based last week. Been working out my arms, running, and eating more. I've noticed changes in my forearms, veins, and biceps in just a week. Gained about a pound, my current goal is gain 10lbs in 2 months. Is this reasonable? I'd like to be stronger, and gain weight/mass. How often should I be using the creatine and how long should I be working out? Thanks in advance.
