Ever since I started seriously working out, I used to drink a run of the mill whey protein shake, until about a month ago when a guy I was working out with told me to get Muscle Milk. It tasted great, worked well, blah blah blah. I got it and have been using it ever since. Today I noticed that there was Creatine GCC in it . I've always gone natural ever since I started working out 4 years ago...is this what I think it is?
