Useful to take it? Beneficial? Unnecessary? Best time of day?

if you take it in a few week increments yes the point is to keep saturating the muscles with it while you take it? amirite? best time id say about 4:53pm

creatine is for pussies.
There's been relatively recent research that shows creatine may help prevent muscle degeneration in periods of sedentary activity/injury, so I don't really see a reason not to take it
10+grams a day every day no loading
Careful with that stuff or you would end up looking like a power lifter or bodybuilder.
Except for the fact that muscle atrophy takes quite some time to set in.
But seriously I don't get the logic of creatine *possibly**maybe* slowing muscle atrophy as a sole reason to take it on rest days when there's no degradation in such a very very small time span.
It's sort of like the nonsense of thinking the body goes into starvation mode for missing an afternoon snack.
too many schools of thought on creatine to really debate about that. im talking about 4-6 on 2-4 off rinse repeat. but agree to disagree on that one.

sure why not, i take it only on my gym days but notice mostly water weight when im taking mono, tried cee and tried purple k brand creatine. I think they all work the same
I was taking it every day. I've dropped to just workout days and haven't noticed any reduction in it's effectiveness. However, I do notice if I don't take it prior to my workouts.
