Incline DB Press-2x12-20 only 2 sets on this exercise? and 12-20 reps? am i reading that right? Light Squats or Lunges-4x8 each leg If i use squats here, should i be going to failure? I ask because it says "light" squats and i notice i'd be doing squats 3 times a week. Squats-warmup to a 3 reps with 5 more lbs than you used on Monday. On the following monday use this weight for your 5th set. If someone could elaborate a little more on this one im a bit confused.
