Please critique my diet. Things to keep in mind: I am skinny fat, I weigh 155, and I am 5' 9''. I want to lose fat, gain muscle. My activities per week as follows: lift - 2hrs, Muay Thai - 4hrs, Brazilian jujitsus - 2hrs, Yoga - 2hrs, fighters training (polymetrics, medicine balls, climbing ropes, etc, etc) - 2 hrs. and here is my diet any critiques?
