Critique my girly squat....video included

    In the past few months I've changed my ways from douchebag non-squatting fratboy workout guy. I've been doing squats now for about 10 months and have seen great progress. When I first started I could only do 135x2 (and I don't even think I was going all the way down), but now can do 245x2.

    Here's me doing 225x5. Critique my form, laugh at my girly weight (good motivation), etc. I'm 6'3" 181 pounds by the way.

    Stand up with the weight Squeeze your but, then push back, your first movement is your knees coming forward, push them out, they are going to come forward some, but that should not be the first movement in the lift.

    is it normal to face the rack that way? I've always faced away from the rack :dunno:

    knees are coming a little too far forward...should push your ass out more.

    perhaps try with a bench behind you to sit down on.
