On days where I'm pressed for time, or haven't been able to get to the gym during the week, I've been doing the following quick workout. I figured i'd post it here to get your guy's opinions/flames. superset a: bench press chin ups superset b: clean/press barbell curls I do that pyramid 10,6,4, upping the weight each round. I find it gives me a killer pump in my forearms. I dont know if I can call this a 'full body' workout but I'm not sure I can get a better 4 exercise workout. This also focuses on my weak points.
