I do these everyday I go to gym, atleast 6 times a week. Any suggetions? I do 6 sets of 12-15 reps with 95lbs Knee raises, 5 sets of 15 reps. 6 sets of 12 reps with 25lbs at feet. 4 sets of 20 reps NOTICE: With this exercise I dont face the floor. Im facing the side and getting my upperbody upright then all the way down 4 sets each side(8 total) 10 reps. With hanging 25lbs.
