ibflames i'm wondering if it's possible to do some kind of barbell complex or crossfit type program, 3 days a week, with the same weight. a full body routine, 3 days a week, with the same weight. maybe you choose 2 or 3 exercises per bodypart from a list of exercises but you always use the same bar weight. say you use a 135lb barbell for squats-standing military-frontsquats-powercleans-bent rows-whatever-REST repeat X 6 something like that. thoughts? suggestions? this would eliminate having to change the weights all the time and might even eliminate having to keep a bench and squat stands on my patio.
