    Anyone here do it? I started dieting and doing a lot of aerobic exercise about a year ago, I'm now down to about the weight I would like to be at, however now I'd like to shift focus to getting into better all around fitness. Is this a good route to go? There is a Crossfit gym a few blocks from where I work...is there a big advantage from doing something like this at a gym?

    Nope, no one here has ever done crossfit or even heard about it. If you did a search nothing would even come up.

    a normal gym isn't setup to allow you to do circuits like needbe

    Well the gym I'm looking at specializes in crossfit...my question is whether there is a big advantage of doing crossfit at a gym vs solo.

    dude i dont know, you want to fucking jump rope supersetted with cock-crunches then go ahead. id rather bodybuild and eat 9,000 calories a day + poptarts.

    Its going to be significantly harder to succeed at crossfit if you aren't going to a crossfit gym. If its down your ally, you can't beat the atmosphere.
