When do I move on to a heavier crunk?
but i would say when you can crunk out a good 15 reps
repsdon't mean much, I always like to have one I can't close....solves that problem
The Ironmind book offers a generalk rule of 10 or 12 reps something like that. But crushing is a max effort event so working with a gripper you cant close is not a bad idea at all.
