I havnt been to the gym in about 2 years, recently got back into kickboxing but had to give it up because I kept cutting my hands up. Preventing me from practicing and sparring. But anyways I'm planning to start training again sometime this week and I'm trying to piece together a routine that is a WOP. But the thing is how on earth do you guys manage to eat 6 times a day? At 6:15am I eat breakfest, usually a bowl of cereal. Make 2 tuna sandwich's and some snacks for work and than when I get home I'm usually for dinner things like. Rice/pea's Pasta w/ cheese & ham Pork Chicken breast BBQ some shit. I'm 6'4" at 180lbs but I wish to get upto 220-250lbs (Im sure that'll take a few years and a serious change of diet). I'm just curious for haveing just 1 break (10 mins) and 1 lunch (15 mins) what should I do that I can throw into a lunch box where I have no access to a Microwave.
