Custom Fonts on the web

Discussion in 'OT Technology' started by frustrated inc., Aug 23, 2005.

  1. IE supports EOT.

    Navigator has TrueDoc.

    Firefox has ??

Is there a way to consistently display custom fonts using CSS?

Make it an image. You can make dynamic images using PHP if you need to.

There may be another way, but that's the easiest one.

That is a method. But, if you plan on using it for copy... that is actually horrible for seo.

Oh yeah, of course. It's also really annoying to have lots of images on a page. But, if the font is really that important to you, it's what you have to do.
