i heard its a fairly hard routine to go by but after 2 months of lifting and eating lots of food, i decided i really want to lose my gut. im 5'7", 200lb and my stomach is blah. its like a beer belly even though i dont drink beer/alcohol at all. but i need some advice on how to watch my cals, what i should try to consume, what to avoid, etc. i am not sure, but correct me if im wrong. i would need the same amount of cals (2000), no fats, and reduce the carbs (by how much though?), and any others? also, my other question is: should i continue lifting and cut later? or would it be quicker to lift and cut and split the routine?
