I was in the gym last year about 5 times a day for about 1-1.5 hours. I was running about 30 minutes of that time. (~6.6-7MPH) I still couldn't get rid of my belly and love handles. At some point, there was almost no fat on the legs and upper body, but I still had some around the abdomen. I'm 6'00" and weigh about 183-185 currently. Over the summer, it seems like I gained a little more and may have lost some muscle (pretty much no exercising). This sucks bad, but I am motivated (already started running again almost every night) to get in shape if I can only figure out what am I doing wrong. Some nutrition advice or links would help great too. Thanks!
