it's not all that bad....
actually, cutting is easy
uhhhh only for the weak minded
The hard part with anything is waiting to see the results
a lot easier than bulking
i think i suck at cutting...
I am killing it so far and the weight loss challenge at work is really helping!
I know i suck at cutting. I'm eating below maintenance, but still can't lose a pound.
aren't you like 140 6'7'
Only thing hard about cutting for me is keeping the muscle that I have, and it sucks losing strength in the gym.
then you are not eating below maintinance
cutting is a lot easier than bulking IMO
i'm pretty sure I am. whether its far below, or not enough below...i'm unsure.
if you're not losing any weight then you're eating at maintenance regardless of what you think.....keep in mind that as you lose weight, your level of maintenance calories decreases
i think cutting is hard
I tried it once in my life and it lasted 3 weeks.
awesome. didn't even occur to me to think that way. less calories it is
you just gotta be in the right mindset, I dont even think about it; i just do it
i know i do
