youre going to end up pretty small once your lean. I would also work on the shoulders and traps a lot
I'm 6"1, i know i'm going to be skinny, but i've been kinda bulking for about 3-4 years and I need to get really lean.
You can check my log for my routine. I started cutting around December and went about as slow as i could. I've been around 200 for about 2-3 weeks.

man, at 220 i was such a fat ass and it was pretty discusting. I need to get lean so I can start bulking again with a low bf.

I'm 6'1", and yeah i've lost some strength, but not that much because i've been cutting really slow. I hope at 190 i will be pretty cut because i don't want to get below that.
I'd say you will be.
I take fish oil no matter what. About 4 caps a day.

i need some fucking lower ab workouts. the line in the upper four can be seen but the lower abs still have that gay ass fat buldge
Good job........Why don't you just clean bulk......keep strict on your diet but up the caloric intake......

Because i want to get really lean. I always clean bulk anyway.
As far as your lower abs go... give it time and another 5-10lbs... I find the weight kind of comes off in a top to bottom fashion. Chest and upper two abs will lean out pretty decent then the others start going.
