For that past year or so I had been bulking with some simple supplementation. But now I am trying to get rid of my fat while keeping the muscle I have. I plan on switching to 100% whey for protein supplementation (verse the fatty N-large 2 I was taking) and have kicked up my cardio routine and have reassessed my diet. But my question is this, what should I do for a mild fat-burning/metabolism boosting supplement. I have heard a couple of suggestions but am looking for something that people have 1st hand experience with and won't have some odd side effects. I am new to cutting so appreciate any suggestions about supplementation, thanks.
