I'm thinking about keeping it simple and just getting some Green Tea Extract. Anyone recommend a brand? how many mg's should I take, and when? Before my workout? I also have some omega fat pills ill be taking. I think ill stay away from ephidrine, i dont think its necissary for me. But i want some energy for the gym, any kind of caffine pill or suppliment i can take? or will the Green Tea Extract be enough if i take it before the gym?
