I'm allowed to weigh in for my tournament without the gi. Which is awesome. I need to get to 199.9 by this Saturday morning and I'm at 211 as of this morning after not eating like a slob this weekend. Any tips? When should I start limiting my water intake? I've seriously reduced my calories for the week* and I'll still be rolling every day. I think I should be able to get down pretty easily. *banana for breakfast, can of tuna twice during the day, and protein shake before working out.
