I've been on the modified starr routine for a while now. Have seen massive strength increases, but also some uh... massive belly fat increases. I'm starting hockey again this sunday and am using this as a jumping point for starting my cut to keep me fast. Now, I've never done a cut cycle before and have been reading and reading. I know WHAT needs to be done, but I'm more interested in the details. I'm not going to change the lifting routine at all, I understand that I won't be adding any weights to the bar, but I'd like to at least maintain the strength. Obviously I'm going to introduce cardio into the mix, but that's not my question. Any supplements you guys would advise to take while on the cut? Right now I'm taking: ON whey Green magnitude Xtend Now foods malto I was thinking of taking Lipo-6 and Sesamin. My post workout shake should stay the same correct? That would be the only time where I'd be taking in massive amounts of carbs. So I guess my questions are is the lifting routine fine in addition to the cardio, do I have the correct thought in terms of PW shake, and what supplements should I be taking doing the cut?
