I think that's about right? My weight ranges between 125 and 130 lbs (126lbs this morning), but I'm not sure about how to interpret the data either.
i guess when weights are that disparate comparing stats isn't really fair. Your higher watts per kg (which is awesome btw) are used to move less mass, so we are only removing one comparative point not both. I am no statistician here.

Do any of you guys have a bicycle insurance policy? I'm thinking about getting it mainly for theft. But at the same time, it seems pretty overpriced. My quote from Veloinsurance was $600/year for two bikes.

I have a buddy trying to complete every premade route on Zwift. He started Jan 1 and he has done 77.5 hours, 1240 miles, 74k ft since. 4 week average is over 15 hours per week of ZWIFT

Yesterday was a 108 mile 7k ft. I don't think I'd do a Zwift century unless someone paid me $10k+

I'm going to call my insurance today and see if they will do a rider on my homeowners for it. I imagine that will be the most cost effective way.
I wouldn't add it to homeowners not where we live. You get too many claims on home owners policy and you can get dropped. Hail, tornadoes, etc, too high a risk here.

2 or 2.5hrs is about the longest I'll do inside, it' mind torture. Longest ever indoors was 3hrs and it was terrible. Just a terrible experience.

For real. The longest I’ve ever done was 2 hours. Usually do a 50-60 min prescribed workout or 70-75 min free ride and that’s about all I can handle.

That's just madness. That said, when I do long sessions, I'm either binging a TV show or watching a movie. I'll settle in and make an event of it and not just mindlessly pedal and stare at my Zwift screen. I do 80-100k pretty regularly like this.

I have my lightweight bike insured for $12K replacement value on my homeowners policy for $200 per year. Without it, they only cover up to $5K (per bike) which I think is fairly generous for a general policy. The fact that we have a monitored alarm as well probably helps the rate.

The key is to only exercise the rider or your general policy in the event someone cleans you out. :hs:

Oh yeah even watching tv easy spinning to put me at 110-120 heart rate is agony

I got hit by a homeless and cracked my frame/wheels. They (Nationwide I think) gave me MSRP - depreciation factor based on age of each part - deductible. Gps got scratched, iPhone screen cracked, clothes torn, handlebars scuffed, tire slashed… they gave me that formula for everything damaged in the crash.

Believe this is what we have under our home policy but I should double check.

I like to do my long, boring trainer work while working from home, if possible. That's the only time I can get to 3-hours. That or if I'm doing FTP TTE work. It's easier to do those 60-minute efforts in a controlled environment.

These new Scotland courses are kicking my ass. I managed to stay in the front of the group though, so I'm proud of that. 1st place was a full KM ahead of me when I crossed the finish. :eek3:

I went on like a 4 mile run yesterday. easily the longest I've run - have done two 5Ks but both were 10+ years ago.

My legs are wrecked today. Might go for a ride after my last call of the day just to get some quiet time, but holy shit is running rough on the feet and knees.

It's absolute murder on the legs- I hope you like ibuprofen. My knees start screaming right around 4.5-5 miles and it's even worse if there's any downhill. I'm signed up for a 10 mile race in April so that's gonna be just great. :hs:

between the run and the new seat, I feel like I got in a car wreck today, holy hell. And we have a sitter and date tonight, I might need a power up here.

I never remember to take glamour shots on the trail but I had a blast today. Been meeting more people and it's motivating me to hit more drops, get lower/go faster in the turns, etc.

Love this bike so much. Had another incident approaching a turn too fast, looking at the ground instead of down the trail and almost plowed into a tree but slowed enough to just bump it really hard
