looks like i can eat at least 3 cans of light tuna per week. what if i eat more?
you turn into the character kevin kostner portrayed in the marvelous cinema "water world"
i eat 3 per day
i eat on avg. 6 cans per week
everything will kill you
i hear you can get cancer from your heart beating
Do you guys add anything to the tuna, I know its sometimes not the best tasting stuff, but is there anything healthy to add to it,
mustard, relish, lemon
no chance of mercury poisoning... but AIDS is a for sure a possibility
Get low-mercury tuna if you're worried about it. Personally, I don't eat it.

and just so you know, tuna contains fairly high levels of mercury, and albacore tuna has 4x more than regular.
i just add cholula hot sauce and eat it out of the can.
actually, the FDA is currently investigating the safety of tuna products and developing recommendations as to how much is too much.
there is a reason everyone tells pregnant women not to eat tuna, douches.
I just add lime, and a bit of salt and chili powder to my tuna.
i used to eat a bunch of cans a day until i started reading about all that mercury crap. yea the white and albacore have more mercury too. i just went to costco and bought the canned chicken breast and started eating a lot of that. tastes a lot better and no mercury worries.
