i know its a motivational thing, but you only train at 20% in the gym, unless youre a powerlifter, where your 20% is blasting 100%.
so, for those non-elitists, wheres the other 80% come from? thinking about being huge? and, for the pl whos 20% is 100%, whats the other 80% used for? eating?
and, if that hard 20% is going to give you 80% of the results, why do you need to focus on 100%, and not just the remaining 20% which is really the 80% left?
