Anyone have a link to it? I'm not able to find it
nm found it
hmm, I don't pretend to be an expert at weightlifting, especially with respect to this type of routine, but I am not seeing squats on MES days.
Interesting program... I wonder how good this program would be for someone who isn't so much a noob..
read it again
I wonder what the goal of this program is.. is it for size? strength? targeted for PLers?
Hmm.. Might be worth checking out for something different..
I see box squats, one-legged squats, board presses, bench presses..
y aren't there full deadlifts in the routine?
because they're the coolest most manliest exercise known to man
Heh.. I gotta agree.. love the DL
i happen to pick heavy shit off the ground 11tyx more frequently than i do push it off my chest.
my groupies hug me all day and I gotta push em away. screw deadlifting
yes, common sense is interesting....
yeah, and i never have weight on my back and the need to move it so my ass is under my knees.
i find non gym applications to strength all the time... its not always necessary, in that i could find an easier way to do it, but why would i when the strength based option is so much fun?
This thread is a clusterfuck of stupid.
bullshit my man
doesn't westside say not to deadlift to much bc it puts to much strain on your nervous system?
If I remember it is more based upon you know where your weaknesses are and you focus on those. Knowing that by focusing and improving your weaknesses you will improve the whole lift.
i.e. If you stall at the middle of your lift the full range is not going to help you as much as overloading the middle of the lift with a 2-3 board press and gettting over that sticky point.
