in light of the recent thread about DB and BB, which do you feel is more beneficial? myself, i love the db and much prefer it to bb. im not sure why, maybe its because i do not need a spotter, but i feel like thats a good enough reason. i just started lifting again after a bout with mono and laziness, but i just got back up to doing 10reps with 80lb db and i hope to continue the upward trend (obviously). i feel that the db use more (or different?) muscles because of the stabilization of the db's... well, what are your thoughts?
