    that's pretty interesting... good idea, i suppose, but when i do inclines, i don't usually do 'em in front of the smith machine... so, they'd be pretty useless to me

    now, if you had a home gym, i could see the benefit

    I have problems getting the weight up when using DBs. I usually need assistance when I go over 100's. Especially on shoulder press

    I think it would be great on DB press. I feel that first rep/getting it up there fatigues me a little bit and limits my lifts

    What's the weight limit of these things?

    usually on my last set when i'm doing a weight i can only get for 3-5 reps or so, i'll need help getting the db's into position, so i guess these would be helpful. But it's just easier to grab someone for a second.
