im looking for some new chest exercises.... so do you do them, if so why, if not why?? i guess any input on them would be nice
they hit my lats all right at the end of a back workout
They toast my lats
machine pullovers or cable straight-arm pulldowns work better due to the resistance curve
for chest, i think there are a plethora of other exercises that are more effective
I dont do them because my form is horrible
Does that mean cable flies > DB flies for the same reason? I've not done either for ages, just wondering..
Yeah, with dumbbell flyes the resistance only lasts for like the bottom third of the ROM
