I weigh ~178lbs and got 375lbs yesterday. I used normal form I guess(feet shoulder width, grips outside legs). Back feels a little shady now but I don't think I'm hurt. Last week I got a bench PR of 260x2, trying this week for 275, maybe more depending on how easy 275 goes up. It always seems like whenever I start to feel remotely good about my numbers, I see someone about my size doing way more. Last week it was a guy repping 315 on bench right after my PR.
