At what level is it recommended to move on to the stiff-leg deadlifts?
ummm... DLs and SLDLs are different, you know this right?
And I dunno, I've never heard that advice before. Why would you build up your lockout if you can't even pick the damned weight off the floor. I would think you would want to start lower, but thats just my thinking.
sldl are done with much less weight on average and focus on the hamstrings compared to a regualar deadlift.
only if you score 80,000 or more so you can get the bonus round first.
yeah, but usually I just use the gameshark to skip all that and go right to the sldl's
I started doing stiff legged deadlifts after I beat the deadlift boss. I had to deadlift the weight into his face 10 times and chug animal paks to regain the health he took off by throwing 5 lb plates at me I'm on the goodmorning level right now.
if your grip starts to go when he's throwing the plates at you, just let go of the bar and dodge instead of trying to hold onto it. Patience is king to defeat him. Best of luck.
you can start at level 12 if you had an animal pak
