Doing deadlift would take place of supermans correct? Or am i DL wrong?
do you mean superman dat ho?
or like, who would win in a fight
deadlift or superman?
Superman lift where you work your lower back
at least that's what i thought they were called
if i were doing squats would i follow it with spidermans? or am i squat wrong?
no spiderman for home but 10 squat is 30 superman?
I've never heard of a Superman lift.
I've heard of Supermans (aka Skydivers) being a bodyweight movement where you lay prone on the ground with your arms outstretched, and then lift both ends of your body in the air.
Deadlift would beat superman in a fight for sure
at responses. I meant the lift / exercise where you are at a 45 degree angle and you bend your upper body down and lift it back up using only your lower back.
a 45 degree back extension?
sounds right should I draw it on MSpaint and upload it for you?
i did anyway and it looks like shit but here it is
45 degree back extension
Also known as a hyper.
To answer your original question: Both lifts with train your posterior chain. Deadlifts add more quads and upper back, and are more CNS intensive.
thanks mike. I really appreciate the help
superman isn't real, so he loses automatically, although he gains props for the underarmour.
although like, who's deadlifting it?
coz deadlifts don't deadlift themselves
we don't supahman no mohe...we spidahman dat ho....
Now we need someone to come up with a concept sketch of the superhero named Deadlift.
