Hey all, I'm at the point where I need to make a decision as to enlist in the Navy or the Airforce. My goal is to either work on the mechanical side (be it turbine engines, or a jeep) or electronics/avionics. Where would you folks suggest I enlist?

I would go navy to be able to get stationed somewhere nice, but who cares. AF v. Navy does not compute to me for some reason.

Both the Airforce and Navy are family traditions (AF on my mothers side, Navy on my fathers). And thanks all for the contributions.
