Im 6'2" and only weigh 170 lbs. I have been working out for a short amount of time,and for some reason my chest developed very quickly and i think it kinda over powers my other parts of my body. since im pretty lean all over, how can i get my chest to a more ripped look, not so bulky or large? More reps lower weght? here is a pic. i dont know what is up with the mirror,but in person it looks perfect. anyways u can kinda see what im talking about, that my arms are really skinny and my chest is kinda not proportional.
