Dell tech support is about to get worse.
I'll deal with Indians any day if I continue to get the quality of support that I have gotten so far from dell.
I've got nothing bad to say about the times I've dealt with them
I can't wait until the Indians get outsourced with Malaysian and Taiwanese child laborers, because they're "too expensive" .
That will happen to the call centers in time perhaps, but then more Indians will be doing more software development and R&D. What will Americans be doing?
