How often should you a person do these and how much should they drop the weight they are lifting?
depends how much intensiveness you lift with..
average person probably doesnt need much of a deload, if any.. but every 6-8 weeks for a week-10 days sounds good.
drop it by halfish. dont increase the reps to compensate, that pretty much defeats the purpose.
