i find that hard to believe.
heavy weight db presses but lightweight deads. unless you have massive shoulders/arms and just started deads recently.
strange i do the 75's and deadlift over 400.
LOL you guys are funny, even when I was only 190lbs (211 now) I could do 80lb DB's for about 7reps. I can barely even hold the bar with 275lbs on there when it comes to DL's

I can DB military the 100's and I only deadlift 545.

i push only 40's and dls only 215
Ok, here are some pics from June when I was 195ish, no working out for a few days since I was on a wakeboarding trip. I'll take some more when I hit 220lbs. And at this rate that will only be a few weeks.
