set a new gym record today lol. a wall sit time of 7:22. the old one was 5:46
i'm so broly the wall sits on me
i did a floor sit for like 30 mins once
holy shit i'd be hurting after a minute guaranteed
we talking 90 degrees?
no ud be surprised u cna do it longer than u think. i was in pt with a extremely weak leg and i could do it for 2:30.
My Strength coach claims a 32 minute Plank. It seems ridiculous, but he made 10 minutes look like no big deal when we didn't believe him.
yeah it was 90 degree, no hiking your shoulders and too much shaking would force you to stop, i stopped at 7:22 cuz i knew i had blown away the old record right infront of the previous holder lol
I've been doing a chair sit for about the last hour or so.

I do a 15 minute sit every day
in the sauna &/or jacuzzi
id believe the strength coach, ~60 year old judo coach did 20 mins cause someone talked shit to him at practice during wall sits.
i was thinking about starting a wallsit federation
It just seems so insane to sit down and say "Hey, I think ill just go into this push-up position for the next half hour of my life."
