i don't see any engraving on the side
Sear pin = no engraving
i thought the sear pin had to go all the way through?
I didn't look at the other side, good point. That's odd. It sure does look like a pin is there on the right side.
I know police departments don't have to engrave SBRs that they build with some type of the registration they do. Maybe it's the same for SOT FFLs.

I wish we could own SBRs in WA state. Of course, I'd never piss my money away on anything that shoots 5.7
Same for anything NFA in IL. Got one more year of permanent residency there before I graduate and can move to an NFA friendly state.
I don't think SOTs have to engrave.
we can get rifle caliber pistols though
but ak/ar pistols ftl.
Move to Kentucky, it's close enough and SBR's are just fine.
