yeah that 135 can be a doozy!
actually i didnt go over 185
i think i'm overtraining, trying to do endurance shit everyday (run/walk 3 miles a day, do stair climber, etc) in addition to weights.
i felt weaker today than usual.
I did get 2 sets of 20 rep squats out at the end, though, and still did the stair climber for 5 minutes at level 7
golds gym in sterling.
trying to go there every morning, after i drop my son off at school. 8am-9am.
not sure if i've ever been there. I think i went to a party there once at some frat house.
that's down I-95, right?

i thought he lifted at freedom also.
