FIT Did you guys have body fat % testing day in HS PE?

I remember we had ours in 9th grade. Me and most of my buddies were skinny little kids and tested around 13%, we didn't know if that was good or bad.

2 fat chicks in class that use to try and dress sexy, that made us all gag were sweating bullets when the teacher announced we were getting tested. They tried to make some excuse to get out of the class but our teach was some ex Marine Sargent and wouldn't let them out of it. This kid in our class that was always fucking around ran over and looked at their results, one was at 47% the other 52% at 15yrs old

yeah, based on bodyfat NYS qualified me to wrestle at 125# being 5'8"
this was when I was like 15 though

These days I walk around at like 175...
