Decided I wanted a more strict diet.. sat down and this is what I devised..
what is that around 3k cals? I'd think someone like yourself want to get more
your 5pm meal alone has over 120g of protein and your pre-WO meal has none, unless Amplify02 is protein, i have no idea what that is. But either way i'd get some more good fats in there instead, and throughout the rest of your meals.
Pre-bed meal sucks. 2 cups of milk has more sugar than it does protein. I'd do either a mix of casein + whey powder, or 1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1 scoop whey mixed in. And a little peanut butter there too.

i agree about the night time thing, but it was more for calories than protein, as i'm getting plenty in during the day.
I meant to throw a PBJ sammich in there somewhere, too.. maybe 2 of 'em - that'd probably add nother 6-700 cals.. what else should I add for extra cals, and where?
I'll do a 27g protein shake pre-w/o as well...it's gonna take some time to perfect teh diet. feel free to make alterations, just lemme kn ow what you did so i can see it
and the 5pm meal has a lot of protein, but i think it's a decent mix of fast absorbing and slow (drink and then the burger/beans)..
i'll also be having some wendy's/bk meals here and there.. i really dont care how clean it is, i just dont wanna be a fat pig.

well overall i think you're getting too much protein during the day and not enough fats, but you still want to get a good protein source before bed to last you through the night. Things i've been reading lately indicate that a mix of slow and a fast digesting protein is best here.
i basically try to stick with the following in this order of importance
meet daily calorie goal
1 - 1.5/lb protein per day
healthy fats + EFA's throughout the day
starchy carbs first thing in the morning and surrounding W/O, minimal amounts at other times
Lean protein before bed
i have most of that covered.. gotta add more fats
maybe some nuts here and there
and i'll pick up some casein sometime this week
remember, i'm also on test -- so I dont wanna cheat myself out of any protein
it can be arranged.
