I'm doing a diet/workout log for the next 16 weeks. I finished my last diet in Nov. So I had around 3 months "off" to bulk. I want to diet down this time so I can actually enjoy being lean in the summer. I will be updating this regularly. The diet starting out will be 3 high days per week 1 med day 3 low days workout 4 days a week (3 high and 1 med) cardio of all med and low days, 30 min a pop. as progress slows I will lose high days and get more med and low days and more cardio...yippee. I am also going to try to bring up my conditioning level for my day at DeFranco's in June/July.
