hey guys just wondering if the following diet ive been trying to follow is good/bad/healthy etc for trying to bulk up. abit of info about myself, i weigh 66kg about 175cm have very low body fat, early 20's and have started going to the gym pretty regularly for about 1month now (trying to go atleast 5 days a week). My goal is to bulk up abit and get ripped as well. Breakfast: eggs x2 Bacon (3 short rindless pieces) hash brown x2 Chorizo sausage x1 Bananna cup of milk Lunch: (post gym) 1x Whey Protein shake (24gs protein per serving) chicken breast x1 toasted sandwhich with ham/salami/cheese Dinner: Salmon fillet steamed vegs rice my only concern is about cholesterol, is having bacon and eggs everyday a bad thing? or just 2 eggs, no bacon? also how many calories would that diet have in it all together? i don't know how to calculate it per serving.
