I'm back at it. This time I have a roommate to keep me in check though. We're both trying to lose quite a bit. I noticed I'm going to have to buy snack foods to take to work, as there are maybe 3 things that are healthy in there. 01/04/06 ------------- Food ------------- Breakfast - 2 Packets of Instant Oatmeal, cooked with water, OJ to drink. Snack - Nutrigrain Bar Lunch - Taco Salad, chicken, no sour cream. Iced Tea Snack - 25 cent bag of sunflower seeds. Dinner - Deer steak, green beans. Post-workout snack - 12oz Protien Shake (2 scoops + milk) Workout ------------- Walked ~3 miles with roommate's dog. Got home, did as much of an upper body workout as possible with dumbbells.
