i'm @ 1000 cals for the day and i'm fucking starving still. 800 more cals to go
Bulking sucks, I'm at @ 2500 cal for the day, and I'm full as fuck, 1500 cal to go

i dont count calories, but im eating about 5 times as much as im used to, and i have to force myself to eat. usually feel like im gonna puke. i cant take this shit much longer and i just started

As I progress while cutting down, I tend to lose my appetite a lot to the point where I feel like I'm forcing food down my throat.
im going from eating almost every other day to 6-8 times a day. and the frustrating part, ive lost weight. was at 170, now im down to 160. not condusive to bulking
maybe cause ur metabolism went up because now ur body knows more food will be comming in at regular intervals. So it doesnt have to save all that food from when u were just eating every other day.
thats why it's called dieting. cause it fells like your dieing while your on one.
ive been that way for years. id survive on like a cookie and a soda all day.. then maybe mcdonalds or something quick after work. sometimes nothing at all. it was really horrible. so i decided i had enough of that and started eating more. i tried it once before and gained like 30 pounds, then lost it all in a week when i stopped eating again. but this time its not putting any weight on because im going to the gym as well

It's not that bad. It sucked at first but now I have to make sure I remember to eat enough for the day. You get so used to tuning the hunger out.
i cry alittle on the inside when i see guys eating a nice juicy quarter pounder with fries/coke with a nice side of apple pie.
damn dude...that's absolutely fucking horrible. way to get on track. stick with it and bust ass in the gym and you'll be a new person. eating lots of food gets easier eventually, just remain consistent.
try smoking pot all day for a year, eating a huge jack in the box or taco bell meal for your daily meal at 2am. i'm talking large curly fries, 3 jumbo jacks, sirloin steak and cheddar ciabatta and 3 egg rolls or 4 steak taquitos and 4 bean burritos.
i drank, i smoked cigs for a year and a half and i didn't work out for shit. put 15lbs on over 4 years doing that and eating like shit in the restaurants that i waited tables in. i came up to college weighing 131 and peaked at 147.
i cut out that shit and now eat small meals over the day to the tune of 2400-2700 cals (ate around 1800/day for a month w/o changing my physical lifestyle). now for a month i've been biking 8.8 miles ~5x a week, gym 4x a week. back at 131 within the 2 months. 5'6"
more shocking than anything. cant beleive you werent a fat bastard with that kind of diet. 15 pounds is pretty minimal
