I saw that I could buy both versions? Is there any difference?
get CEE or Mono, those are the studied and tested forms..
creatine malate (not cee malate) is creatine bound to malic acid..it doesnt cause stomach problems, but like i said -- it hasnt been studied or tested by anyone credible.
cliffs: use mono if it works for you if not, use cee
i dont like the bloating i get with mono
then use CEE
I like CEE way better. Thats all I came in here to say.
