most i did was 350 x 4 last week, but I think I might have pushed a little too hard and set myself up for some lower back trouble if I go real hard again this week, so I'm going to take it easy until the back workout after this, and might go for 405 x 1.

im doing purs routine and my leg strength isnt really increasing nearly as fast as my bench or dead. any tips?
no, i dont think thats the problem. i have a pair, and they are normally producing the correct amount of testosterone if not more and i dont need to go on HRT
