How many reps do you usually do?
Right now im doing 5 reps, 3 sets
How often do you 1rm?
I do 5x2's. If I'm feeling up to it I'll add like 50lbs and go for a 1RM on the DL.
now 4 sets
set 1 x12
Set 2 x 10
Set 3 x 8
set 4 x 6
Then supper sets of 12
Adding weight to each set.
its useless to dl for more than 8 reps a set
i alternate high rep and low rep squats
i mostly do 10x3 for deadlifts, but i mix it up every now and then
squats i do anything up to 15 reps per set
I like working low reps/heavy weight with DL's, usually 3 reps of 5 for a warmup, then increase weight and do 2x3, 1x3.
