Hi, I'm CaseLogic's girlfriend and I don't really know much about these forums but he told me to ask you guys about these numbers. According to one of the threads he showed me, if my lean body mass is 112, with average activity, etc, my daily needs are 2800. That seems a bit high to me, I thought around 2000 was normal for a person. And another questions is how many calories I should try and cut down. I just started counting my caloric intake and I've been taking in about 1500 calories (of course, by changing my eating habits) but I'm afraid that might be unhealthy and maybe i should go back up to about 2000. i also just starting running about 15-20 min. a day, and i play soccer on sundays. what do you guys think?
